Nestled in an agricultural buffer east of Grand Junction, Vistas and Vineyards has its own small fruit orchard. A patio and deck area surrounded by many flowering trees, shrubs and roses
beckon you to relax and enjoy the foliage of the season.
Just down the road, the welcoming town of Palisade, "Peach Capital
of Colorado", invites you to stroll down Main Street and enjoy the
reverie of more relaxed times in small town America.

Vistas and Vineyards Bed and Breakfast includes four theme-decorated rooms
highlighting some of the owners' favorite places to visit. Several of the rooms feature art from local artists and craftsmen.

We can accommodate your schedule with flexible check-in
and breakfast times. Wireless Internet, a copier, and portable phones
are available for your use. Grand Junction business locations
are only 10-20 minutes away.

- Check-in time is 4-6 p.m. unless special arrangements have been made.
- Check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Vistas and Vineyards is best suited for adults. However, children
over 12 can be accommodated in our suites.
- Common areas for guest use include a cozy T.V. room, sun-filled
living room with large bay window and stone fireplace and an inviting
wrap-around deck.
- A dog run is available and accommodations for well behaved dogs may be available.

- For the health and comfort of our guests, Vistas and Vineyards has a No
Smoking policy. You are welcome to smoke on the deck or patio.

A credit card number or personal check is used to guarantee your
reservation. A written confirmation will be sent once we receive
your deposit or credit card guarantee.
A two-night minimum stay is required on holiday and festival weekends.
We accept cash, personal checks, Master Card, VISA or Discover.

Vistas and Vineyards is located just east of the Grand Junction area,
with convenient access to I-70.
|
|
Deposits will be cheerfully refunded or applied to a new date if the
cancellation is received 14 days prior to your arrival date. Without 14
days notice, the full price will be charged unless the room can be
rebooked. All cancellations are subject to charge equal to 20% of room charges.
